SRISHTI Club - Green building Design

SRISHTI Club, Department of Civil Engineering, MVJCE, organized an event ‘Green building Design’, on 10th February, 2024. The main objective of this event was to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge and co-relate the theories they learn in the classroom with the application of these learnt concepts. The event was conducted in Seminar Hall 4. 50 students and all the faculty members from the Civil Engineering department participated.

The Event comprised two rounds.

ROUND 1: Students make Green Building model with available materials.(08.10 am - 10.10 am)

The students were divided into teams, with a maximum of four students in each team. With the available materials, students will make Green Building Model.

ROUND 2: Presentation of the developed model to the Resource Person (10:10 am - 11:10 am)

The students presented the model to the Chief Guest Mr.Koushika V R. Director at Qcrete Readymix (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Announcement of Result (11:10 pm - 01:10 pm)

The Chief Guest gave the Keynote Address, after which the results were announced.

RULES AND INSTRUCTIONS

Those who get the maximum score will be placed higher in the rank list.
The decision of the organizers with respect to the results will be final.No queries in this regard will be entertained.
Any participant found to be indulging in any form of malpractice will be immediately disqualified.
