Python Coding Contest, E-FORZA — ECE Department Club

Python Coding Contest was conducted by E-FORZA Club, ECE Department, MVJCE, on 2^nd July 2022. In this event, the students participated in three rounds of python coding, and displayed their coding skills through hands-on activities done in the python lab. 145 students participated in this Club activity, which was held at Seminar Hall 4, MVJCE.

Inauguration: The activity was inaugurated by the HOD, ECE department, Dr. I Hameem Shahnavas. He remarked that students have put in lot of efforts in coding, and this event is a good platform to improve their skills.

The Chief Guest for the event was Sri. M Hariharan, 2017 Alumni from the ECE department, MVJCE. The students were divided into 2 batches for the contest, and both the batches were judged by the Chief Guest Sri. M Hariharan.

Out of 145 students, 30 were selected for the second Round, which was based on error correction of the code. 10 students went on to Round 3. Out of these, 2 were selected on the basis of writing and executing the code, within the given time.

All three rounds were judged by the Chief Guest. Khaleel Ur Rehman [1MJ20EC056] won the First Prize and Prasad G Hegde [1MJ20EC091] won the Second Prize.
