| Professor P S Niranjan |
|
|
|
Professor P S Niranjan, obtained his B.E. (Civil Engineering) from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan & M.E. (Construction Technology) from B.M.S. College of Engineering, Bangalore. He is a MVJ faculty member since 1991.
He has been instrumental in making civil engineering department among the best in the state. He has planned and organized several seminars, workshops, tech fests and technical quiz in the department. He is a Life Member of the Indian Institute of Engineers, Indian Society for Technical Education & Indian concrete institute. He spearheads the all the consulting activity offered by MVJCE to various government and private organizations.
His areas of interest
Analysis and design of multi storied buildings, pre-stressed concrete structures, reinforced earth walls, low cost building construction and RCC design.
