Prof: I.Manimozhi The School of Computer Science & Engineering is headed by Prof.I.Manimozhi.she has completed Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and Post Graduation in Computer Science & Engineering. She is pursuing Ph.D in the area of Image Processing. She has 16 years of teaching experience in the field academia. She has presented research papers in National and International Journals, Scopus, IEEE Xplore and WOS. She is also associated with organizing National and International Conferences. Her areas of interest include Image processing, Embedded Intelligence systems, IOT, Network systems, and fuzzy system.

  • Analyze and compare various linear and non-linear data structures
  • Demonstrate the working nature of different types of data structures and their applications

4th SEMESTER
Design and Analysis of Algorithm Laboratory
This laboratory course enables students to:
  • To apply object-oriented concepts
  • To apply divide and conquer technique
  • To use different algorithm techniques like dynamic programming , greedy, Divide and conquer etc.
  • To calculate time complexity and space complexity of different algorithms
Microprocessors Laboratory   
This laboratory course enables students to:
  • Getpractical exposure on 8086 microprocessor, design and coding
  • Acquire knowledge on 80x86 family/ARM
  • Assimilate the knowledge and practical exposure on connectivity and execution of interfacing devices with 8086/ARM kit like LED displays, Keyboards, DAC/ADC, and various other devices

5th SEMESTER
 Computer Network Laboratory
This laboratory course enables students to demonstrate:
  • Operation of network and its management commands
  • Simulate and demonstrate the performance of GSM and CDMA
  • Implement data link layer and transport layer protocols
  • To use the packet tracer to simulate various networks
  • Understand the concepts of error detection and correction methods
  Database Management System Laboratory
This laboratory course enables students to:
  • Acquire a rudimentary knowledge in database concepts, technology and practice, so that they are groomed into well-informed database application developers
  • To obtain rigorous practice in SQL programming, through a variety of database problems
  • Develop database applications, using front-end tools and back-end DBMS

6th SEMESTER
System Software & Operating System Laboratory
This laboratory course enables students to:
  • Familiarize themselves with Lexical Analysis and Syntax Analysis phases of Compiler Design, and implement programs on these phases using LEX & YACC tools and/or C/C++/Java
  • Learn the different types of CPU scheduling algorithms used in operating system
  • Implement memory management - page replacement and deadlock handling algorithms
  Computer Graphics Laboratory
This laboratory course enables students to:
  • Demonstrate simple graphics applications, using OpenGL primitives and attributes
  • Implement algorithms such as line drawing, clipping and filling, that is the foundation to computer graphics
  • Develop animated computer graphics applications, using OpenGL
