Human Resource Manager

• Shall possess at degree in Human Resources
• Shall have minimum 3 years work experience as Assistant Manager/Manager – Human Resources
• Ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in the Institute
• Ability to perform/supervise HR activities such as:

• Recruitment
• Development/Updation of Job Description
• Training & Development
• Performance Management
• Compensation & Benefits Management

• Compliance to Regulatory Norms

Chief Security Officer

• Should have a minimum of 20 Years of service as a commissioner officer in the Armed forces (not below the rank of Lt. Col., or its equivalent) /Paramilitary force / Police force.
• Should possesses a basic knowledge of computers and be able to understand usability of latest security equipment required for the Institute
• Should be courageous and have the ability and attitude to manage security crisis
• Should be able to administer and manage a group of security personnel
• Should have the ability to identify and train security personnel to meet Institute’s security requirements

Campus Supervisor

• Should possess at least 5 Years of work experience at a reputed housekeeping agency
• Should have the ability to monitor and manage a large group of housekeeping personnel
• Should possess knowledge about the latest housekeeping equipments/material
• Should be able to put in place a robust process to manage and monitor both housekeeping material, equipment and personnel
• Should be able to communicate and train housekeeping personnel about requirements & benchmarks of cleanliness and  usage of material & equipment 

Ladies' Hostel Warden

• Should possess at least 10 years of experience as an hostel warden/equivalent
• Should be well versed (both spoken and written) in English, Kannada and Hindi
• Should  have good understanding of Hostel Systems to be implemented and monitored at the Institute Hostels
• Should have the ability and knowledge to develop and setup robust procedures for hostel operations  
• Should be well versed with the computer tools such as Microsoft Office, Emailing and other basic computer applications
• Should have the skills and attitude to solve student and parent grievances and the ability to create a comfortable living atmosphere for the students
• Should possess the skills to manage and monitor hostel facilities
• Should be available at the hostel premises at all times during the academic year
