1. Paper publications in International journals - Rs.5,000/- per paper

2. Paper publications in National journals – Rs.1,000/- per paper

3. Presentations in Conferences – Registration Fees, TA (by 2 AC train fare), DA (Boarding and lodging) – balance of amount after claiming from sponsoring Agency like AICTE, UGC, etc. For presentation in international conference abroad, 50% of the Air fare and the registration fee once in three years.

4. Participation in Conferences relevant to the field

   1. Registration fee subject to a maximum of Rs.2,000/- for all faculty members.

   2. 50% of 2nd Sleeper Class train fares for Lecturer / Senior Lecturer, 50% of 3AC Train fares for Assistant Professors / Professors, or actuals (whichever is less)

   3. For faculty Members who are in probation, the above will be decided by the Principal based on the need.

5. Consultancy projects – After deducting expenses towards providing consultancy, 60% of the remaining consultancy fees to be distributed among the staff involved
   
   1. Principal investigator – 50% of 60%
   2. Investigator – 30% of 60%
   3. Supporting, non – teaching staff – 20% of 60%
      
      
6. 100% pass percentage in a theory subject except for the final year – Rs.5,000/- per subject
   
   
7. Any faculty Member succeeding in getting AICTE / DRDO / KSCST / DST, etc sponsored projects (worth a min. of Rs. 50,000/-) completes the project successfully – Rs. 5000/- and certificate.
   
   
8. Organization of international conference / workshop – Rs.10,000/- and certificate to be shared equally by organizers.
   
   
9. Organization of three days and above (national level) workshops / seminars / conferences / STTPS – Rs.5,000/- and certificate to be shared equally by organizers.
   
   
10. Subsidized 50% transport facility and lunch for all the faculties.
    
    
11. If Faculty members are involving in extra coaching classes or additional subjects other than regular workload, they will be paid incentives as follows.
    
    
    1. Rs.150/- per hour for extra class allotted to the regular faculty or Rs.7,500/- per subject per semester (52 Hours)
       
       
12. "Best Teacher” Annual award during Founders Day, department wise.
